Standard Condo/Townhouse Inspection

Includes the interior only:

  • Walls, ceilings, and floors
  • Windows and doors
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Heating/cooling
  • Built-in appliances
  • Cabinets and countertops

Not included are the common areas such as the roof, exterior, attic space, crawlspace, and other shared areas. These shared areas are typically managed by the Home Owners Association (HOA) and covered by the dues paid to your HOA. Be sure to check with your HOA guidelines to understand what your responsibilities are. 

Manufactured Home Inspection

This is a standard home inspection with some special conditions unique to manufactured homes such as proper anchoring and labeling.  

New Home Inspection

This is a standard home inspection with emphasis on workmanship that is complete and up to current building practices. Poor workmanship on any component of the home can lead to a performance failure of that component or the component system. A new home inspection should be scheduled when construction is completed, but prior to the final walk through providing you with a detailed report and pictures of any items of concern found. You can use this report to bring any concerns you have to the attention of your builder before the final walk through.  

11th Month Warrantee Home Inspection 

This is a standard home inspection and is scheduled 30 days before the builder’s 1 year warranty expires providing you with a detailed report and pictures of any items of concern found. You can use this report to bring any concerns you have to the attention of your builder before the 1 year warranty walk through.
