Condominium Inspection

Our condominium inspection includes:

1. Interior walls, ceilings, floors

2. Windows and doors

3. Visible plumbing system and components

4. Visible electrical system and components

5. Heating/cooling systems and components

Not included in the condo inspection are the common areas such as the roof, exterior, attic space, crawlspace, and other shared areas. These areas are typically managed by the Home Owners Association and covered by the dues paid to your Home Owners Association. Be sure to check with your Home Owners Association guidelines to understand what your responsibilities are.

Depending on the size of the unit, I require 1 – 2 hours on site to complete a condo inspection.
