Home inspection education alone is not enough to equip a home inspector with the knowledge he needs to provide you with a thorough home inspection. Along with this education a qualified home inspector should have some residential construction experience and membership in a home inspection organization as a certified home inspector. My qualifications are:

• Licensed as Home Inspector #926 with the State of Washington Department of Licensing.

• Thirty five years of residential and commercial building and project management experience.

• A Certified Professional Inspector ID Number NACHI12082310 and member in good standing with The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. 

• Follows and abides by the Washington State Standards of Practice (SOP).

• Infrared certified by InterNACHI and operates a Flir I7 Infrared Camera.

• Sewer scope certified by InterNACHI.

• Available 7am to 8pm by appointment.

• Spear Home Inspection, Inc. provides an easy to read and understand, computer-generated inspection report. The report is typically available within 24 hours and is accessed with your electronically sent password protected login.
